Lt Blue and White peasant inspired custom made platter tutu with 8 layers of White tulle (hooped). Bodice and tutu plate are Lt Blue velour accented with Lt Blue beaded trim, White eyelet lace and Black criss-cross details. Bodice is attached to the platter with elastic strips and back zipper. Additional Lt Blue embroidered appliques decorate the platter.
